Pre-race routine:

The week leading up to the race I was fighting a stomach bug and didn't want to eat just before the race. Had a cup of coffee and lined up in the corral.

Comments:

It was a good run and other than having no water at the mile 4 water station, it was a well organized event. I was happy with the run overall.
What would you do differently?:

Train harder.

Warm down:

Walked around the post race expo, had a banana and bagel and headed to Starbucks.

The only hiccup about the race was running out of water at the mile 4 water station. That was also the place where I took in my first gel just before getting the news there is no water. Otherwise it was a good run.

My moving time according to the Garmin was 5:11:32. The time lost was do to standing in lines at the porta potties on the course. What can you do?
