The weather was beautiful for a paddle around the lake.
What would you do differently?:

Wear my gloves. I forgot them, and ended up with blisters on both hands, between my thumb and first finger. D'oh!

My real T2 - kayak to run, I was looking for water at the start of the run. No such luck. A volunteer ran up to the other end of the Transition area to the finish and got me a bottle which was nice.
