I wish the course had more buoys on it. I was difficult to see where I need to swim to next. Swam too wide for the turning buoy, never saw the one in between.

Sight more carefully and hug the course better.

I live in Albany, GA, which is very flat, so Macon's hills were very tough to me.

Do more training in hilly terrain. Not in Albany, GA.

Had to run/walk because I was so exhausted from the bike. My slowest running ever.

More run training.

Not used to bike riding such hilly terrain.

Event comments:

Tough race. Swim needs better marking. Bike ride was very challenging and exhausting. Harder than I thought going into it. Run was also hilly, and difficult because I was so tired by then.
