Didn't get to do normal routine. Went to a barefoot clinic an hour before race

Event comments:

Barefoot runners and their races are much like trail runners. THere's no fanfare, just 1,2,3 go! The course was well marked, professional timing, no water station. Cookout at the end. All in all, a good time.

Has got me interested in barefoot running
