Transition killed me in the race. I could've broken 3 hours with faster transition (and no walking during the run).

I've not been doing well during the run portion of tris. Don't know why. I didn't put the training time in for this Oly that I needed, but my run pace was that for a Mary, not a 10K...I also stopped to walk a few times which is disappointing.
