Got up, ate bagel, with PB and a banana. Fig newtons and PowerAid at race site.

Took it easy. Water in googlies after first 50 meters. Stopped and drained it out.

Note: Swim time include negotiating out of the YMCA with several steps that slow you down. Probably closer to 2:15 per 100.

Legs tired from ride yesterday, still ran without any knee pain. Wore my knee strap and it always seems to help me out.

walked around, Gatorade and cookies and PB bagel.

Event comments:

Another good Angels Race. It is my "home" race. Will be doing these as long as I'm able. I improved in EVERY leg and both transitions over last year. Yep, I'm happy.
