Warm down: 2 Core Power shakes worked really well. powerade and a chicken salad sandwich. What limited your ability to perform faster: Legs were on the edge of cramping. Painful quads going downhill especially. So much pressure on the muscle right above the knee. Hills were Heart Rate Smashers. Had to slow down to keep HR in check.
