Comments:

Don't know the rankings yet. It was very humid. I felt strong but also felt the effects of non taper as this is part of training for the Philly full in November. My tendon just above my heal running up to my calve was sore but held up.
What would you do differently?:

Loose 20 more pounds. Race weight 210. That's heave.
Post race
Warm down:

Chocolate Milk, water, banana.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

No taper, Humid but all in all not much. I darted in and out of people a lot. It was very crowded.

Event comments:

Getting to the expo was painful. It cost $18.00 to park. That sucks. It would be nice if Philadelphia coordinated the parking so that people with bibs could park free. The race was very well organized considering 30,000 runners. Lots of porti Potties. I was disappointed that there were not more bands and cheerleaders. I have been to several Rock and Roll series and there were less in this on than any other. The people of Philadelphia are great and were very inspirational.
