I was pretty nervous about how slippery it was. I was wearing my Altra Olympus shoes, which is a horrible choice for today's run. My Mazuno Wave Ascends would have been a much better choice but I only packed the one pair of shoes.

Course: Three loops around Clinton Lake. Lots of sharp ups and downs but also some good unable sections. The corse got pretty muddy and slippery after the first lap. The first lap the ground was still frozen.
