Comments:

F'ing miserable. I've been struggling to recover from an injury and it's still plaguing me. I had so much pain in my feet that after the race I went shoe shopping again and discovered that my feet have suddenly gone up a half size so running in shoes that were a half size too small was no fun.

Even though I don't really like the course and I had a horrible race the people who put on the race are great and there are a lot of people around that I know so that makes it worthwhile.
