Comments:

Very warm today! Had to fight off taking walking breaks beginning at about mile 3.5! Hot....Drank all of my 10oz bottle of water during the race; glad I carry it. Course was tame....no significant hills but a little rolling....no big deal. But, the heat just made this race real tough for me.
