This was advertised as the toughest 10k in NY. It lived up to its name
What would you do differently?:

More hill training. I thought Lake Placid was hard. Even Quassy was easier.

Event comments:

Good inaugural race. The field had a ton of Ironman competitors competing. Everyone else looked mean and lean. I can't wait till next year to do this race. I will be more prepared. I red lined this race with a avg hr of 189. I set a PR for a 10k for myself but I think I am still not recovered from Placid.
