I ran the 10k easy with Boo Boo at her pace, 9 min/mi, and the gun for the 5k was 20 minutes later.

I ran at full effort, and was around my PB pace, but wonder how fast I would have been without the 6.2 mile warmup.

Event comments:

This is a great small town 5k with a good mix of ages and abilities. It's a real treat that Spring Street was shut to traffic. It's clear that the race is improving and becoming more popular since this year they started giving awards for the top three in each ag.
