I was 10 out of 10 on the swim..but in my defense..there were A LOT of people that started the swim and were pulled out. They haven't posted the number of people that started and didn't finish.

This was my first run since the Rock-n-Roll 1/2 when I hurt my knee. I got cortizone cream and have been seeing a Specialist but my knee hurt a lot. I could have gone considerably faster but I took the whole thing nice and slow.
What would you do differently?:

Not have my knee hurt!

Great Race. Last year when I finished I said that I would never do this race again. If it weren't for my knee hurting..the race would have been perfect.
