Comments: was running without training- last minute idea. dealing with injured hamstring so didn't push it, was still in a lot of pain. happily, didn't reijure but can't say i really enjoyed the race. What would you do differently?: train Post race

had red river cereal breakfast and a couple of mandarins - hot herbal tea to hydrate some more. stretched, short warm up
