Pre-race routine:

Got up at 4:00, had a bowl of oatmeal and started the drive to Benbrook. I packed up the night before so was ready to roll.

Quick spin on the bike to make sure I was in the right gear and a short run with some pick-ups.

Had fun. This was a "b" race for me. Just decided to do it last week Monday... Need to keep working to get more fit, lighter and faster!
