Had a nice pasta dinner at Charlie and Heathers (Thanks guys)
Event warmup:

got they early set up and just relaxed....Using race as a quick warm-up for the HIM in Orlando. Have not really trained so trying sprint to get some confidence.

Still very slow on uphills with everyone passing (need to mentally get ready for those) great on down as fly. Think that is as I am still carrying extra weight

train harder push harder...need to get above 20 average.

used to be my best as could break 20....Wow how times have changed. Guess the extra 20 pounds and the years are catching up. Still walking at every water stop. Should not for a 5k.
What would you do differently?:

No walking and bring water bottle in hand. Push harfer to run 7 minute miles and go from there

Warm down:

meet roni/Ashley and my dad. Was nice relaxing. Legs felt great

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of Training and mental tougness to push myself.

Event comments:

Love the Key Races. Water is getting much better too. Used to stink....Will keep doing these and try to get faster. Would love to get back to placing.
Report was done much later so will try and be more descriptive for future.
