Hopefully get my nutrition figured out so i don't have to go pee a dozen time

got sick at 2miles do to smoke from fire and taking something that I have never taken before

Stick to nutrition that I used in training

smoke in the air from forest fire and nutrition issues and not enough training

Will do this race again one day when i am more ready to complete it. ie: more training
