I realize I do not like swimming in large groups... the bumping, splashing, etc. I will have to get used to that! Overall the swim went much better than I expected and I didn't panic when I got in the water!!
What would you do differently?:

Take a swimming lesson!! I could be so much more efficient out there!

I forgot to stretch my legs during transition! I made sure to stretch during T2!!

I was very happy that the rain held off. I had to stop once because I thought I had a flat tire... luckily it was fine!

Good run overall. Had a left quad spasm before 2 miles. The back of my left knee kept tightening up. Stopped to stretch 5-6 times. Had a great kick at the end.
What would you do differently?:

Not sure, but wasn't happy with the tightening behind my left knee... could have run much faster if it weren't for that. Otherwise felt great!

This was a great race! Very well organized!!! Vigorito does an amazing job!! The course was very well supported and I can still hear the cheers!
