Pre-race routine:

wake up at 6am. Breakfast was a bagle with peanut butter and a glass of milk. 2 glasses of water all 2 hours before race.

Very good run. I was very tight in the beginning, but after first 10 minutes I lossened up and I was able to go at a faster pace.

Work on transition on bike to run in training more.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Need to run faster, and work on swimming longer.

Event comments:

The post race activities were poor, but then the race was very small.
