Didn't take feet out of shoes before dismount line. Poor racking.
What would you do differently?:

Take feet out shoes and gloves off before dismount line. Try puting glasses in back pouch so don't have to take them off while helment off.

Only ate one gel with caffeine. Drank very little, used sponges to keep cool. Great crowd support!
