Comments:

Swim was really good, I led the group of 5 swimmers, after 100 yards, the #2 guy wanted to pass and did. I delayed a bit waiting for him. Felt really good.
What would you do differently?:

Better flip turns next time.

Comments:

I didn't have a wet suit. I put my shoes on at my station. I had to reajust my helmet and sunglasses. I forgot my camel back. Socks and shoes went on fast.
What would you do differently?:

Not forget my camel pack. Put my sunglasses on first, then the helmet. Next time, I am going to take a piece of paper and write in big letters, the things I need to do in the transition area.

Happy with the bike ride, pushed at a good pace, forgot my water, which sucked because I got cotton mouth, but it wasn't unbearable.

As expected, first 1/2 was slow, but I kicked it in gear after the turn and found another gear. The end was the best. A runner passed me, but I kept within striking distance and passed the person at the end along with another runner.
