Pre-race routine:

After last years traffic jam we found a "back" way into the venue. Left the house at 4:30 and drove right in.
Breakfast bar and a bottle of Gatorade after setting up transition.
Event warmup:

2.4 mile walk up and back to the canceled swim start :(

Event comments:

Overall this is a well run event. It seams, however, that they did not have a plan in place for the swim being canceled. The first run changed distance and the bike course had to be changed (shortened) at what seamed to be the last minute.
