Pre-race routine:

I stayed at a great B&B, but it was 45 minutes from the race site, so I ended up getting up very, very early. Arrived at the park around 5:15 and got a spot. Ate in the car - 1/2 cup of coffee and some breakfast risotto. Went through body marking and set up my transition zone. By the time I got everything arranged, I had just enough time to hit the bathroom before making my way to the pre-swim "surprise" (parachuters). My stomach felt off all morning.
Event warmup:

Short swim before my wave went.
Swim
  • 37m 31s
  • 2112 yards
  • 01m 47s / 100 yards
Comments:

Started out drafting well, which is new for me. Sighted well, too. Lost sight of the buoys after the first turn, which sent us into the sun. Felt really good, despite the lack of pool time.
What would you do differently?:

More yardage in training. But I'm very happy with this swim. I didn't kill myself early on like usual!
Transition 1
  • 03m 24s
Comments:

I have no idea what took so long. I could have done a crossword in that time.
What would you do differently?:

Uh, go faster.
Bike
  • 3h 06m 38s
  • 56 miles
  • 18.00 mile/hr
Comments:

I think I pushed a bit too hard. I'm getting better at hills, though. Lack of road time showed - the tush really felt the lack of padding in those tri shorts! Faster than expected, though.
What would you do differently?:

No replacement for more miles
Transition 2
  • 02m 13s
Comments:

Knocked bottle lid off while dismounting. Otherwise not too bad. Just slow.
Run
  • 2h 02m 53s
  • 13.1 miles
  • 09m 23s  min/mile
Comments:

Legs were just shot! The hills and heat killed me, and I really felt the lack of hydration. Legs started cramping badly last 2 miles. Walked the aid stations, but otherwise ran the whole thing.
What would you do differently?:

The run probably would have been better had I trained a little harder on the bike. Bike more to run stronger? And drink more. Lots more.
Post race
Warm down:

Collapse and stretch while drinking lots of water. Lots and lots of water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I need more miles on the bike.

Event comments:

I love Keith Jordan's races. Endor Fun rocks!
