Comments:

Was a great run for me except I wasn't prepared for all the hills. By mile 7 my legs were very sore so the rest of the race was a head game in that I really had to focus on my form and concentrate on staying smooth and conserviing energy. By mile 12 I was feeling great!
What would you do differently?:

Run more hills to better prepare.
Post race
Warm down:

No much. Got distracted by some technical stuff that was gong on like I had the wrong number! I ran the whole race as Paul Meyer not Paul Mooter. DUH! But they finally got it figured out. I did do a ice bath afterwards which really helped.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Just needed stronger legs for the hills.

Event comments:

Great race. Only had a couple of issues. Aid stations were awesome! Had LOTS of treats to choose from. Will do this race again and again and again!
