Passed someone on the second lap and they did not slow at all. Crashed and locked shoulders with someone on the pass.

I have been pelased with the swim times. I need to concentrate on form during the swim

HOT. I followed Don around the first two miles. Walked little at the water break but had no energy to push on and catch him. I was worried about finishing. On mile three he pulled away

My second year for this race. I improved on the swim and bike but sucked on the run. Overall my time was better than last year. So, that is cool.
