Camped the night before, but was uncharacteristically unorganized the morning of the race. Probably hurt my nutrition and hydration.

Given my bike training I'm very pleased with the ride.

Some tightness in the quads slowed me up a couple of times. An upset stomach prevented more drinking. Very humid by the time we started the run.
What would you do differently?:

Better nutrition in the AM and on the bike.
