Ran 7 minutes and walked for 1 minute for 13.1 miles and 6 minutes and 1 minute for 13.1 mile. Had to walk up the last part of the last hill

Course: hilly hard course especially the hill at mile 6 to near mile 8 up Piedmont to Peachtree and the last hill, Cardiac hill, after mile 21 to peak mile 25. Rockrunner ran Cardiac hill with me.
