I was one of the last in the pool since I knew I was slow. It was a long wait to start.
What would you do differently?:

Swim faster. Roll my socks up so I can unroll them on my feet.

I had a hard time getting on my socks and that took a while. I had the shoes on the bike and that saved a ton of time.

Maybe I'll get a one piece tri-suit, that woul work better i think.

I learned how to swim for this race and clearly, I need more time in the water.

Event comments:

After being one of the slowest people out of the water, I did really well on the bike and run. I really enjoyed this race. It was my first tri.
