Comments:

Cramping at miles 24 and 26 (I had to stop 70 yards from the finish line to stretch until my cramp in my right hampstring released.
What would you do differently?:

1 - Bring my Garmin and Heart Rate Strap (left it on the dresser at home)
2 - Try not to bank time (you'd think I would learn)
3 - Better nutrition stategy (wasn't ready for the 75 degree temperatures as it has been below 50 degrees throughout my training here in Spokane)
4 - Was inspired by Jeff Galloway's pre-race speech but I must've done it wrong because my walk/run miles were 30 minutes slower (Never try anything new on race day)

Event comments:

Three mile spacings between some of the drink stations at critical points on the course. Crowd and volunteers were awesome. Would've been nice to have an ice bath for my feet at5 the end of the race.
