Pre-race routine:

Pasta Alfredo w/blackened bass and water the night before and 1/2 of a toasted bagel w/peant butter and bananna slices w/ a XXX Vitamin Water
Event warmup:

Once all 13 of us were parked all went to the bathroom we headed out to Colemen Boulevard. Wesley and I ran up to Wild Wings and stretched in the parking lot then got in line.

Comments:

Lot of fun, a little aggravating tryong to get around slower runners starting too close to the front.
What would you do differently?:

Move closer to the front.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Zig zagging around slower runners - I just should;ve started closer to the front. I was towards the back of the 49 & under group

Beautiful Day! - It's just fun to get caught up in it all.
