Run
Comments: Just went out easy--I didn't want to push too hard, on account of the ankle. I felt good, so I stertched it out just a bit on the return from the turnaround. I went into a slight kicking sprint at the end, but not blzing. I still didn't trust the ankle that much. What would you do differently?: Pee closer to the start-time. Post race
Warm down: Yoga for 20 minutes in a quiet area near the Art Museum...it was really nice. What limited your ability to perform faster: Didn't trust the ankle fully. Event comments: This was the first year for this event, and I was glad to be part of the Inaugural Event.... Last updated: 2009-03-22 12:00 AM

I drove the 2 hours to Philadelphia, getting on the road shortly after 5 am. The early bird catches the worm, I hope...
Got to the event, registered, turned on my iPod and went for a walk along the Schuylkill, near the old water works area.
Light jog; stretching; walking.
