  • Comments: OK, this was by far the worst race I ever did. The swimming took so much out of me that I really think it impacted my bike and run legs noticeably. The surf was pretty high which I think had a big mental impact on my performance, but lets face it, my swim training has been pathetic to no-existent so what should I have expected? This was a real wake-up call to me and I know I can do much better than I did here in this race. Let's see what I do with this.
