• Overall course based on my ability: Just right


• Comments: I really like this race and will definitely do it again. It's a smaller race, which is good because I can be more competitive...but it's not great because they seemed to be a little short on volunteers, like the aid station on the bike course. 5:00:00 is definitely within reach! I can shave the most time off of my run. I need to be able to hold 8:00/mile for any chance at 5:00:00. Time to start speed training for 13.1.
