  • Comments: That was one heck of a weekend! I had never done back to back races like that so I wasn't sure how my body would do and I must say it responded quite well. I'd like to say I'll definitely be back next year, but it depends on my A races so we'll see.

  • Comments: I am happy with the results - top 20% of females specifically. Top 35% overall and top 1/3 of my age group. Especially for my 2nd tri of the weekend and 3rd day of racing the weekend. However, even better was how I felt immediately following the race. I felt great. Only now am I kicking myself about the bike because I've looked at my HR results. But during the race and after - I felt like I had really given it my ALL. I was psyched with my swim, felt I'd improved T1, and really made sure I felt like I had NOTHING left on the run. So all of those things were great. Overall my favorite race of the weekend for sure.

  • Comments: Great race. I might do Lord of the Flies next year- a TT, International, and then the sprint on Sunday.
