  • Comments: Good race. Well staffed. No fuss on race day at packet pick-up. Ample parking. Crowded start but the course is fast, and as flat as it gets in N Ga but not boring. Great race for a PR shot if you get close to the starting line.

  • Comments: I volunteered at this race last year and thought that I would never run it because I run the comet all the time. But I loved it. Was mainly using it as a training run for my marathon in 2 weeks. Performed really well by my standards and so it really gives me a great feeling for heading into my taper.
