• Comments: The course is good as well as challenging. The race director got us out of the water a good 10 minutes before the start of the swim - there was a delay with the sprint swimmers finishing or something. this hurt my swim warm up and I stood around cold for 10 minutes before starting, but my face was then not used to the cold water.
