  • Comments: This was the worst race I've done. Started late, couldn't get my splits til last nite(today is Thursday!). No times posted. Didn't post on the internet til midnite,race day.....Definitely my last Tucson Racing experience....

  • Comments: It's past noon...ON TUESDAY!... and we still don't have correct race results posted. We'd like to know how we did, although by the looks of things, there are errors even in the times that have been posted. The race delay commentary/arguing was interesting to listen to. I'm not sure about the course measurements being accurate. I emailed them about the results and measurements about an hour ago. The post-race awards ceremony didn't start until 1pm. That's a long time for people to wait around. I thought the volunteers and support did a good job. Not sure if I'll choose to do this one again...second chance next year?

  • Comments: Started 45 minutes late. Apparently because the barracade company filed bankrupcy and never told the race director. So they scrammbled last minute to find a replacement. The race was disorganized, the race maps were terrible. When asking the race director about clarification he said "don't worry it will be well marked tomorrow and you will not get lost" it was not well marked at all! Obviously because people were cutting corners. If I hadn't gone the night before I probably would have cut a corner or 3 as well. The results were weird too. I came up as 6th in my age group on the instant results. Then I look on the website that evening and it says I am 7th, but I do not recognise one of the numbers as being one that passed me on the run (they would have HAD to pass me on the run) and she has only a bike split posted with the overall time. The girl who won the olympic and was awarded 1st place is not the one who is listed on the website as winning. There were people missing their entire
