• Comments: Never ever forget to put bandaids over the nipples again. Typically I am good about being organized but for some reason this particular morning I was really scatter brained and paid a price for it later.

• Comments: I thought everything was great for my first race. Flat, easy course helped me focus on keeping the pace I wanted.
