  • Comments: This is a tough course, its windy & hilly & longer than I've ever gone before. It's definitely humbling to come close to last in my category, that said I'm not going to badly with my transitions! However this lack of form gives me more incentive to train. I NEED to get into the pool and I NEED to get on the bike for some longer rides and I'll just keep on keeping on with the run. All that said I did enjoy racing today, I got lots of encouragement on the run which I appreciate & hey, I had a crack. Someone has to come 3rd last right??
