  • Comments: It was an incredible day. I took a risk entering the race considering the lack of training I'd had and injury troubles the previous month. I didn't feel I was as well prepared as I could have been so took a chance and was rewarded with this incredibly special day. I rode outside myself, taking chances instead of waiting for the slam dunk. It was SO exhilerating. To end up on the podium was as incredibly sweet surprise. No, it was an amazing, sweet, sweet experience, one of my highlights for the year for sure. Thank you God
