  SWIM COURSE: A beautiful lake swim Lake Chaubunagungamaug. Under the direction of Ardis Bow, the Swim Angels will be on-hand to offer encouragement and support.
  
  BIKE COURSE: Enjoy a single loop bike course that travels around Lake Chaubunagungamaug. You can say you road your bike in Massachusetts and Connecticut on race day. The course will be well marked and volunteers to direct you.
  
  RUN COURSE: The course is in the park and out in the community. The course will be well marked and volunteers to help let you know where the turn arounds are. Water and HEED will be on the course at mile 1 and 2.
