• Description: One of the few remaining long course duathlons in the country, this 5K – 56 mile – 13.1 mile event will prove why duathlon is so tough. Combine Macon heat with the demands of over 16 miles of running and 56 miles of biking and you have yourself a true tester of grit and determination.
