  How far can you go in 60 minutes? Join us for our 2nd Annual Fall Indoor Triathlon and find out. This competition consists of 20 minutes of swimming; riding a stationary bike for 20 minutes and finishing up with a run, jog or walk on a treadmill for 20 minutes.
  
  Distances are calculated to determine winners. You may compete as an individual or as part of a 2 or 3 person relay team. T-shirts are given to participants who register prior to November 1.
