  The swim takes place in the leisure center Hardtsee. After a water start, there is a one-lap course. Hundreds of enthusiastic spectators cheer the athletes to the swim start. A unique atmosphere.
  
  The bike course is very variable. there are a lot of fast passages, as well as many little climbs. One highlight is the big climb on the Schindelberg where athletes will gain a fantastic look all over the Kraichgau.
  
  The three-loop run course is a very special experience for every athlete. Thousands of spectators are permanently cheering for them during the run. The highlight is definitely the finish area where the athletes pass by twice before finally crossing the finish line.
