• Description: The 300 yard open water swim will be exciting and fast in the pond of Poor House Farm Park. After a quick transition the athletes will head out to the rural roads of Berkeley County cycling the very roads that George Washington himself rode on horseback many years ago to complete a 11 mile bike course. Finally, after a second transition the athletes will run a cross country 5K course through a finish line to receive a victory medal.
