• Description: There will be a short meadow / road section (.15 - .2 miles) at race start. This trail run is mostly flat with challenging footing (roots and rocks). The race will start with a nice field start... onto the some wonderful single track along the top of the cliffs above the Little Miami. After a quick and steep downhill into the gorge, cross the over the bridge and run the south side of the River (AKA "The Darkside"). After crossing, the course becomes even more technical along the river until you reach the "big climb". This is a rocky staircase of quad pain. After bounding up the climb, a quick downhill into another short climb... you get to do it all again.
