• Description: Set in the English Lake District National Park in stunning scenery using the North Face trail at Grizedale.
  The swim will take place from Coniston boating centre completing a 1500m loop in the lake (Wetsuits will be compulsory).
  The Bike will take the roads for about 3k climbing to lags Wood where it joins Grizedale forest and the North Face trail. It takes in a full loop of this red graded trail which is a mix of forest roads and purpose built single track. After a loop of the trail the course takes the same route back to transition on the roads.
  The run course climbs up the slopes of "The Old Man of Coniston" stopping short of the top and traversing the contours on Walna Scar Road an old quarry route. It then descends on the bridleway towards Bowmanstead, taking the footpath through Heathwaite before dropping back into Coniston.
