• Description: Team up with your father, mother, son, daughter or spouse or significant another and register to race as a family team or as a family relay. All ages can participate just must be 13 years or older. Family team members will participate in the triathlon individually (do all three parts of the triathlon as an individual) and then we’ll combine the parent or spouse time with your kid’s or spouse's time for a Family Team Time to find out which family is the fastest.
  
  Participate as relay team in the Family Relay division (any relationship mix but must related) with each relay member doing one of the legs - swim, bike or run - of the triathlon. Relay can be two or three members.
