• Description: The Birmingham Track Club's Adam's Heart Run is made up of 5K, 10K and 10-mile runs and will be at Oak Mountain State Park. The runs, which are growing in popularity with each year, have minimal automobile traffic and routes through the quiet environs of the largest state park in Alabama.
  
  The races are at Oak Mountain State Park (up Terrace Drive) and the park has waived the park entry fee for the race contestants. Food and beverages to follow the race.
  
  RACE DETAILS
  
  •Race begins and ends at the Dogwood Pavilion at Oak Mountain. From the West Gate turn onto Terrace and go 1.3 miles to the Dogwood Pavilion.
  •Race Day registration starts at 7:00 am.
  •No advance packet pick up, you may pick up your shirt and race number on the day of the race starting at 7:00
